We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to any restaurant, bakery, sweet shop, caterer or brand mentioned on our website, blog or app, unless we clearly say otherwise. This includes restaurant chains and franchises.

Information Comes From Public Sources

The restaurant menus, dishes, locations, timings, deals and other details on our website are collected from publicly available sources. These include restaurants’ own websites and social media pages, online listings and maps, food delivery platforms, and printed menus.

We try to keep this information accurate and up to date. However, restaurants change their menus, prices, deals, timings and branches often, and we can’t guarantee that every detail is current, complete or correct.

For the Latest Menu and Prices, Contact the Restaurant

For a restaurant’s latest menu, prices, deals, opening hours or its own delivery service, please contact the restaurant directly. Where a restaurant offers its own delivery, you’re always free to order from it directly.

Ordering Through Zarrasha

If you choose to order through Zarrasha, our rider collects your order from the restaurant or shop and delivers it to you. The food itself is prepared by the restaurant, so:

  • Taste, quality, ingredients and portion size are the restaurant’s responsibility.
  • Allergies and dietary needs: if you have a food allergy or a special dietary need, please check the ingredients with the restaurant before ordering. Zarrasha can’t confirm what’s in a dish.

Menu Prices Are for Information Only

Any menu prices shown on our website, blog or app are for visitors’ general information only. They are not an invoice, quote or final bill.

  • Prices are collected from public sources and may have changed since we published them.
  • The actual invoice is issued by the restaurant when our rider picks up your order.
  • Our rider will hand that invoice to you at the time of delivery.
  • The amount you pay is based on the restaurant’s invoice, plus Zarrasha’s delivery charges where they apply. Your total is confirmed with you before or at delivery.

If a price on our website differs from the restaurant’s invoice, the restaurant’s invoice applies.

Trademarks and Images

All restaurant names, brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the restaurants and their food, and not to suggest any partnership. Images on our blog are used for illustration only.

If you own a restaurant or brand and want us to update or remove information about your business, please contact us, and we’ll respond promptly.

Reviews and Recommendations

Our blog posts and “what to order” picks are our own general suggestions, made in good faith. They aren’t paid endorsements unless we clearly label them as sponsored.
